We welcome applications from families seeking a caring, Christian-values based and academically focused learning environment. Registered with the Department of Education, Viva Primary School offers Grade R to Grade 7 with experienced, dedicated educators and manageable class sizes.

Application and School Fees for 2027
Simple, affordable fees with flexible payment options for every family.
Monthly Fees
Fees are payable over eleven months, from January to November. You only pay for 11 months of the year.
- Grade R–1: R1 850 per month
- Grade 2–4: R1 950 per month
- Grade 5–7: R1 980 per month
A once-off registration fee of R500 is payable at the beginning of each year, along with the first month's fee. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment Options
School fees are paid in advance and may be paid monthly or once-off, on or before the 7th of each month. Payments can be made by:
- Cash at the finance office
- Bank transfer (EFT)
- Card swipe at the school
Please use the learner's full name and surname as the payment reference. Finance office hours are 7:15 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Aftercare & Extra Classes
Quality care and focused academic support for our learners.
Aftercare Service
Safe, supervised afternoon care so your child is looked after until you are able to collect them.
- Monday to Thursday, 1:15 pm to 4:30 pm
- Includes a hotdog & juice each day
- R1 400 per month
A R100 fine applies for any learner collected after 4:30 pm.
Extra Classes
Affordable, focused academic support in English, Afrikaans and Mathematics, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- 1 subject: R300 per month, once a week
- 2 subjects: R500 per month, once a week
- 3 subjects: R650 per month, once a week
Pricing builds up per subject: 1st subject R300, 2nd subject R200, 3rd subject R150.

We are excited to introduce Grade RR, a brand new early learning year for our youngest learners, launching in 2027.
Designed as a gentle first step into school life, Grade RR builds confidence, social skills, and a love of learning through play, well ahead of Grade R.

Please prepare certified copies of the following:
- Birth certificate, ID, passport or permit document
- Two recent ID photos of the learner (not older than 3 months)
- Immunisation / Road to Health card (especially younger learners)
- Proof of residence
- Transfer card and latest school report (if previously schooled)
- Certified copy of the parent or legal guardian's ID
- Study permit or refugee/residence documentation, where applicable
- Salary advice / proof of income, where required
Please bring your own copies of all relevant documents — no copies are made at the school.
